Earthquake jolts Bangladesh

A quake jolted different parts of the country including the capital Dhaka on Wednesday noon.

The tremor was felt in near Sunamganj at around 1.20pm. The earthquake measured 4.6 on the Richter scale.

The epicenter of the 4.6 magnitude quake was in near Sunamganj from Northeast from Dhaka, according to Bangladesh Meteorological Department.

However, no news of major casualties or damage reported.
