Niamatpur AC land narrowly escapes gunshots

Rezaul Karim, assistant commissioner (land) of Naogaon’s Niamatpur, has narrowly escaped gunshots fired at his home in the upazila.
The miscreants fired four shots at his home around 12:30am on Thursday, January 30, deputy commissioner, DC, Abdul Awal told Jago News at about 2:30am.
Rezaul was at home when the attack was carried but he survived from being shot, DC Awal said.
Process is underway to file a case in this connection, he added.
The AC land could not be reached over phone for comments.
