Woman stabbed dead by snatchers in Keraniganj

A woman was stabbed to death by snatchers in Dhaka’s Keraniganj on Tuesday evening, February 25.
The victim’s husband, Aktar Hossain, said the snatchers stabbed her wife in Ispahani Ambagan area around 6:30pm when she was returning home after dropping their daughter off at a coaching centre.
The snatchers also took away her earrings and Tk 2,000, he added.
The woman was brought to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital, DMCH, in a critical condition where the on-duty doctors declared her dead at about 8:39pm, said the hospital Police Camp in-charge inspector Md Faruque.
