Yunus presents photograph to Modi

Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus presented a photograph to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi during their bilateral meeting in Bangkok on Friday. 

The photograph shows Modi awarding Yunus a gold medal at the 102nd Indian Science Congress, held in Mumbai on January 3, 2015, according to the Chief Adviser's Deputy Press Secretary, Abul Kalam Azad Majumder. 

During the meeting, the Chief Adviser also raised several key issues, including the repatriation of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina—who was ousted following a mass uprising—her provocative remarks regarding India, border killings, and the Ganges and Teesta water-sharing agreements.
