Former DGFI Director Afzal Naser arrested

Former Directorate General of Forces Intelligence (DGFI) director Md Afzal Naser.
The Detective Branch (DB) of Dhaka Metropolitan Police (DMP) has arrested former Directorate General of Forces Intelligence (DGFI) director Md Afzal Naser, 61.
The arrest was confirmed on Monday (March 30) by DB Joint Commissioner Nasirul Islam.
Naser was arrested early Monday morning from House No. 864, Road No. 12, DOHS, Mirpur, Dhaka. Authorities have not yet disclosed the case in connection with his arrest.
