BNP to hold rally in divisional cities on Feb 4
BNP has announced to hold rally in all divisional cities of the country on February 4 to press home their 10-point demand, including the resignation of the government.
BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir made the announcement in a rally in front of the party's Nayapaltan central office in capital Dhaka on Wednesday.
The new program was, however, announced as part of BNP's simultaneous movement with other political parties against the current government.
He said the history of Awami League is of terror and they want to stay in power by establishing terror.
Fakhrul said when BNP announces a program, AL gives counter one, and they do it because they lack confidence and fear that something will happen if BNP holds any program.
About President, the BNP secretary general said he cannot do anything without the instruction of the Prime Minister. "That is why we maintained a balance in power of President."
Saying the government played a trick in the election, he vowed, "This election of joke will not be allowed and this government will be toppled."
