BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman has paid respects at the grave of Abu Sayeed, the first martyr of the July mass uprising.
He visited the grave at Jafarpara in Rangpur's Pirganj around 6:00 pm on Friday, January 30.
After offering ziarat, Tarique spoke with Abu Sayeed's family members, including his father, Makbul Hossain, and elder brother, Ramjan Ali.
At that time, BNP Standing Committee member AZM Zahid Hossain and the party's Rangpur district unit leaders were present.
