Govt reduces 12 kg LPG price by Tk 244

Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission has decreased the price of liquified petroleum gas (LPG) by Tk 244 to Tk 1,178 per 12 kg cylinder.

The new prices will come into effect from 6 pm on Sunday (April 2), BERC Chairman Md Nurul Amin said in a press conference at its office in capital Dhaka today.

Earlier, the government raised the LPG price by Tk 76 to Tk 1,422 per 12 kg cylinder for March.
