BNP picks Badsha for Bogura-6 by-polls

BNP has nominated Bogura district unit president Rezaul Karim Badsha to contest the by-election to Bogura-6 constituency left by the party Chairman and Prime Minister Tarique Rahman.
BNP lawmaker from Bogura-4, Md Mosharaf Hossain, and the party's media cell member Sayrul Kabir Khan confirmed the matter on Thursday, February 26.
Tarique Rahman contested the February 12 general election from the Bogura-6 and Dhaka-17 constituencies and was elected from both seats.
But he left the Bogura-6 for the by-election and took oath as an MP from the Dhaka-17.
