Tamim returns home after treatment at Evercare

Former angladesh captain Tamim Iqbal, who suffered a heart attack during a Dhaka Premier League match, has returned his home after treatment at Evercare Hospital, Dhaka.

He returned his Banani DOHS home in the capital after Jummah prayer on Friday, March 28.

Tamim Iqbal suffered a heart attack during a DPL match at the Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP) grounds in Savar on March 24.

He was initially treated on the ground and later rushed to the nearby KPJ Specialised Hospital in Gazipur where the doctors detected a blockage in his heart and  performed a stenting procedure to restore blood flow.

On Tuesday night, March 25, family members brought him to Evercare Hospital on an ambulance from KPJ Hospital after his physical condition improved a bit.
