Bangladesh announce squad for Pakistan, UAE series

The Bangladesh Cricket Board, BCB, has announced a 16-member squad for five T20Is with Pakistan and two T20Is with the United Arab Emirates, UAE. 

The announcement was made on Sunday, May 4, giving Litton Kumar Das captaincy of the team for the two series.

He became Tigers’ skipper after Nazmul Hossain Shanto left his position as T20I captain.

The two-match series against the UAE will take place on May 17 and 19, while the five-match series against Pakistan will be held from May 25 to June 3.

Squad: Litton Kumar Das (captain) Tanzid Hasan Tamim, Parvez Hossain Imon, Soumya Sarkar, Nazmul Hossain Shanto, Towhid Hridoy, Shamim Hossain Patwary, Zaker Ali Anik, Rishad Hossain, Sheikh Mehidy (assistant captain), Tanvir Islam, Mostafizur Rahman, Hasan Mahmud, Tanzim Hasan Shakib, Nahid Rana and Shariful Islam.
