JnUCSU elections on December 22

The elections to the Jagannath University Central Students’ Union (JnUCSU) will take place on December 22.

Chief Election Commissioner to the polls, Prof Dr Mostafa Hasan, announced the schedule in a press conference at the university on Wednesday, November 5.

The voting will begin at 9:00am and end at 3:00pm, he said, adding that once the counting is completed, the results will be published on December 23.

Earlier on October 29, a five-member election commission was formed for the Jagannath University Central Students’ Union (JnUCSU) polls, with Social Work Department's Chairman Prof Mostafa appointed as the Chief Election Commissioner.
