Operation Devil Hunt: 327 arrested in Gazipur in 19 days

As part of the ongoing nationwide ‘Operation Devil Hunt,’ 17 individuals were arrested in Gazipur during an operation conducted in the last 24 hours, until 7:00 am on Wednesday. This brings the total number of arrests in Gazipur to 327.

The information was confirmed by Md Alamgir Hossain, Deputy Police Commissioner of the Special Branch of Gazipur Metropolitan Police.

According to the police, a total of 327 individuals have been arrested in Gazipur since the operation began 19 days ago. In the most recent 24-hour period, two were arrested in the Sadar police station area, one in the Kashimpur police station area, two in the Gazipur police station area, one in the Pubail police station area, six in the Tongi East police station area, four in the Tongi West police station area, and one in the DB North police station area.
